If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery so we can find a suitable solution.

 

Pre-orders
Pre-order items are produced specifically for you and are therefore non-refundable once production has started.

 

Tattoo services & custom work
Due to the personal nature of tattoos and custom designs, these services are non-refundable once started or completed.
